Services of CHEER:
1) Telephone Interpretation Service(TELIS) - Provision of over-the-phone interpretation service via the telephone system which facilitates 3-way voice confreence. It is free of charge. - Operate on Monday - Sunday from 8am to 10pm (except public holidays) - TELIS Hotlines: Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, Thai - 37556811 Hindi, Nepali - 37556822 Punjabi, Urdu - 37556833
2) On-site Interpretation Service (EIS) - EIS is face-to-face interpretation when our interpreters present physically in the same place as the public service providers and the EM users. This service is only available upon request from public service providers. - Operate on Monday - Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 2pm except public holidays.
3) Translation Service (TS) - TS is the translation of written communication from English to seven languages, and not vice versa.
4) On-sight Interpretation Service (OSIS) - OSIS is verbal interpretation of Brief documents or forms written in English into the seven EM language.
